OPTRONIC AND INFRARED SYSTEMS

(for industry process control monitoring)

OUR PARTNERS ...

...from France - HGH Infrared Systems

Industry uses infrared thermography for remote temperature measurements. HGH proposes various types of sensors which analyse the infrared radiation emission of specific objects to determine their temperature cartography.

range of products

features

SCAN

(infrared line scanner for thermography)

  • fast speed infrared imaging (up to 400 lines/second).
  • application in cement, glass, steel, metallurgy, paper, tobacco, plastic, electronic, etc.

PYROSCAN

(pyrometric camera for temperature measurement inside furnaces)

  • displaying the inside image and measuring, in real time, the temperature of various points in the image, whatever the dust level in the furnace.
  • application in combustion process control.

COOLSCAN

(2-dimension scan infrared imager)

  • with exceptionally large field of view (70° x 180°).
  • the extended temperature measurement range (200°C to 1600°C) makes it suitable for cement, where it is used for controlling air flow of undergrate chamber of clinker cooler.

ATLAS

(multi-sensor system for tunnel walls inspection with laser telemetry and infrared thermography)

  • include a visible channel (laser), an infrared channel, a laser profilometer and an odometer.
  • the aim is to precisely locate and record possible crack, water infiltration and electrical cable overheating.
