A customer is seeking Liftube installation Belgium for solution. Once the stones are extracted from the quarry, they are Dumper-transferred to the hopper and to the primary crusher where the material is crushed into 0 to 250mm particles. It is then transferred by conveyer belt to a second hopper and to the secondary crusher to obtain a 0.2 to 0.3 mm material.
On conveyers B8 and B9, and more precisely at the feeding part of the conveyers, overflowing of raw material happens. On top of slowing productivity, this overflowing is also a nuisance to the neighbours.

SOLUTION : On conveyers B8 and B9, 12m of LIFTUBE® were installed with a width of 650 and 800 mm in order to fit the existing conveyers.
RESULT : Thanks to the LIFTUBE®, its hood, side curtains and bavettes, conveyers are now enclosed and dust emission has been greatly reduced.
Customer is totally satisfied and plans to equip its other conveyers with the LIFTUBE®.
